The more common view of this waterfall is from the canyon floor – at the end of a 3 mile hike from the trail head.  This view from the canyon rim (at N37 49.592 W111 24.990) is a much shorter hike: approximately 3/8 mile from the parking area on Hwy 12 (N37 49 50.74 W111 24 53.74), but a bit more risky, as there is no marked trail and no designated overlook or railing.
